Visa

Participants coming from visa countries are obliged to get visa for entering the Russian Federation. Organizing Committee provides visa assistance to the participants of the Tournament:

• European Union Countries and China:

The issuance of the Russian visa for players of the European Union countries and China is executed according to the invitation letter from the organizing organization (invitation from OC).   

• Other countries:

Russian visa for players from Non-European Union countries is issued through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation.

To issue an invitation for visa to enter the Russian Federation participants should send a clear passport copy to the e-mail: visa@ugrasport.com.

18.10.2018 is the deadline when invitation for visa could be issued. After the deadline visa invitations are not issued.
